Disney's Contemporary Resort Meeting Space Details

Fantasia Ballroom
Inspired by Walt Disney's classic movie, each of the three main rooms feature large, colorfully painted back-lit panels depicting famous scenes from the film. The ballroom boasts over 42,000 square feet of meeting space and can seat over 4,000 guests. It can also be subdivided to host up to 15 simultaneous breakout sessions, with options for three large sections of 10,350 square feet and 12 smaller rooms of 816 square feet each.

Nutcracker Ballroom
One of two ballrooms located on the Main Level of the Convention Center, the Nutcracker Ballroom is anchored by 20 foot floor-to-ceiling windows. With over 7,000 square feet of meeting space, the Nutcracker can accommodate up to 500 guests for banquets and up to 750 for receptions. For smaller meetings and events, the Ballroom can be sectioned off into 3 separate rooms, each with approximately 2,200 square feet of function space.

Ballroom of the Americas
Conveniently located on the second floor of the Convention Center, the Ballroom of the Americas features a permanent 29 foot stage at one end and 15 foot high mirrored ceilings. The total space is approximately 12,000 square feet, which can be divided into two rooms for smaller functions.

Grand Republic Ballroom
The versatile Grand Republic Ballroom offers 8,710 square feet of flexible meeting and function space. Decorated in the soft earth tones of the desert, it can be used in its entirety or broken down into four separate meeting rooms. Grand Republic C and D are perfect for intimate breakout sessions; Grand Republic B boasts not only a built in screen, but an A/V Tech booth; and Grand Republic A is perfect for a larger board meetings.

Contemporary Boardroom
Ideal for Board meetings and executive retreats, this elegant space features a distinctive oval marble conference table and 24 executive chairs on the second floor of the Convention Center.

Pastoral
The Pastoral room is perfect for small groups, providing a complimentary screen, double entry doors, and a hint of Florida sunshine with glass block panels lining the wall.

Olympus A & B
Located behind the West Registration counter, Olympus offers the perfect vantage point to host your convention operations support team. At approximately 500 square feet each, they can be used separately or combined into one larger room.

Atlantic A & B
Perfect for small conferences or additional office space for larger conventions, these two rooms feature 759 square feet each and are conveniently located on the second floor of the Convention Center.

Pacific
Conveniently located next to the second floor escalators, this room offers a great location in the heart of the Convention Center. With a total of 713 square feet, features include a double entrance plus four solid walls that eliminate extraneous noise.
