Disney's Magical Express Transportation is our way of helping your guests reach their meeting destination stress-free and focused. Disney picks your attendees up and takes them from Orlando International Airport to the Resort, while our "hands-free" luggage service delivers their bags from the plane directly to your guests' room. Departing is also a breeze with in-hotel boarding pass service and return shuttle to Orlando International.

Reservations are required. We recommend making reservations at least 30 days in advance.

Reservation Process

Once your guests have their room reservation confirmation, they may call 407-827-6777 and use our convenient online form. It is recommended to provide the information at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Airport Tranportation

When your guests arrive at Orlando International Airport, they will be directed to the Disney Welcome Center located on Level One in Terminal B. The hours are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., but those hours will be extended to meet the flights of all guests who have booked Disney's Magical Express service. From that point, your guests will be transported on an air-conditioned motor coach directly to the Walt Disney World® Resort

In-Bound Luggage Handling

Your guests' luggage will be delivered after they have checked into the Resort; however they do not need to be in their room at the time of the delivery. Bellman gratuities have already been covered and are not required from our guests for inbound Disney's Magical Express luggage service.

Resort Airline Check-in

This service offers remote check-in, allowing your guests to check their luggage and receive an airline boarding pass at the Resort. At this time, remote check-in service is only available for guests flying domestically on the following airlines: AirTran, American, Continental, jetBlue, Delta, Alaska, Northwest, US Airways, and United. Additional airlines may be added at a later date.
